Detox water



Detox water is one of the most popular and easy way to cleanse your body. It also helps lose weight and supplements your body with water-soluble vitamins and minerals. Water itself is an effective fat burner and along with exercise, you are sure to lose that excess amount of unwanted fat. 

Detox Water

Ingredients

1 gallon of water
1 whole lemon, sliced and seeds removed
1/2 cucumber sliced
10 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Slice Lemon and remove seeds.
  2. Slice cucumber in roundels.
  3. Fill pitcher with 1 gallon of clean water.
  4. Clean mint leaves and remove the stems 
  5. Add lemons, cucumbers and mint leaves to the water
  6. Refrigerate for 12 hours and enjoy.
Tip: You can reuse the lemon and cucumber and mint leaves up to 3 - 4 times, Add few slices of ginger to add the goodness.
