How to make homemade energy drink?



I found this recipe from Instructables and i vouch for it as i drink this daily. 
Ingredients
  • hot water
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tsp honey (to taste)
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger root
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom and 1/4 tsp turmeric 9 ( I keep these in Office drawer)



Cut off two thin slices of ginger and place in your cup or mug.Use a garlic press/shredder to juice the remaining ginger into your mug.
Add both spices and fill your mug with hot water and stir.
This drink always help me overcome after lunch grogginess.
Another drink is plain lemon water with little red or black  pepper , sip it throughout the day to keep you hydrated.
